How to register for the Congress and for the Workshops
The registration form on the next page must be filled in and sent back by post, fax or mail to the address specified below. Registration will only be considered completed when the form and payment has been received.
N.B. When selecting the workshops to attend, please make sure they wont run on the same time of the afternoon.
